From grass to cheese: life at Laurel Valley Creamery is good and simple, and they want their cheese to be the same way — free of the bad stuff, full of the good stuff.
Their family farm is a grass-based, sustainable producer of Jersey milk, crafted into small batches of farmstead cheese — naturally aged raw-milk wheels alongside pasteurized specialties. Their family's best, shared with yours.
